Kevin’s pathway to architecture started in Taiwan. He came to the states and experienced a bit of culture shock. In Taiwan, “you are lost in the sea.” In the states, the expanse actually helps you “to focus, stay out of trouble, be less distracted Listening without agenda is a driving principle. Being open, waiting….and receiving what a client might desire and what a project actually needs is essential to the process. “I know what I don’t know and I am always striving to learn more” He doesn’t do it for awards, accolades etc. That is all beyond his control. What he can control is to make things to the best of his ability, out of “my love and devotion.”
