The program is separated into two structures, each with a centrally located mechanical and circulation core, leaving the corners open for wrapping balconies that take advantage of views of Los Angeles.
The building’s elaborate design seamlessly integrates with its surroundings, complementing the ambiance of Los Angeles while adding a touch of modern flair.
